Comments

This trip is reasonably strenuous with some 7-8 hour days but with a few shorter options. Hut stays with minimal carrying is a major plus. Some scrambly ridges.

Accommodation

Hotel in the resort of Ax les Thermes 2 nights, a Gite d'Etape when we cross the main valley and 4 nights in mountain refuges with bunk rooms and hot showers.
